Athletizer is a platform for discovering and joining casual pickup football games. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the platform.

Entry fees for games are processed securely through PayPal. By making a payment, you agree to PayPal's terms of service.
Participation in physical sports activities carries inherent risks including injury. By booking and attending a game through Athletizer, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Athletizer is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm arising from your participation in any game organized or facilitated through the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to participate.

All content on the Athletizer platform — including the app, website, logo, design, and text — is owned by Athletizer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of Athletizer after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
